Snowpocalypse

Hi everyone! So sorry I dropped off the radar again. It has been chaos around here. Or I feel it has been, and I haven't mastered the art of regular blog posts. Please bear with me, I am working on getting better!

Thought I'd post a little update on what's been happening in the Rage Bake kitchen these days. With all this awful snow I've actually been in the kitchen a fair bit so here's a little peak at what I've been doing. No recipes today, but I promise one soon!

My favourite cookie! Brown Butter Salted Chocolate Chip with Skor

Apple Streusel Muffins - filled with apple chunks, cinnamon, and a dash of cardamom.

Cast-iron pan pizza. Easily one of the best pizzas I have made at home!

Made pasta for the second time ever! Worked beautifully and will definitely make again.

Homemade sandwich bread is one of the greatest treats ever! Makes the house smell amazing.

Super Bowl snack: Gooey, cheesy Monkey Bread using leftover pizza dough! Quick and easy.
